Our Beef

Prettyman Farms has raised cattle since 1940. We are committed to sustainable farming practices which protect the land and produce delicious food. Our cattle receive individual attention, continuous access to fresh water, room to roam and are free to eat an optimal, balanced diet. We grow the feed our cattle eat so we know they receive a quality diet. We like to keep it local—the calves we start with are from other Ohio family farms.

• 4 arm roasts (3lbs)
• 8 pkgs stew meat (1lb)
• 14 rib steaks (3/4”)
• 8 round steaks (3/4”)
• 2 Swiss steaks
• 6 chuck roasts (4 lbs)
• 1 rump roasts (3 lbs)
• 4 pkgs short ribs (1.5 lbs)
• Brisket (if requested)
• 80-100 lbs. ground beef
• If desired, heart, liver, tongue, oxtail.
